Zhejiang Changxing Base
Launched in July 2020, it has the capacity for hydro processing of 10,000 tons of black powder.
Disposal Varieties:
Mainly focuses on 10,000 tons of nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) ternary battery black powder, also compatible with lithium cobalt oxide battery powder.
Phase One: Planned to start hydro process production in July 2024, with a design capacity for handling 63,000 tons of black mass via hydro processing. It is expected to reach full production by September, with project construction progressing smoothly.
Phase Two: A planned hydro processing capacity for 40,000 tons of black mass.
Disposal Types:
- 20,000 tons of Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese (NCM) battery black mass;
- 20,000 tons of Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LiCoO2) battery black mass;
- 20,000 tons of high-nickel battery black mass;
- 3,000 tons of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery black mass.
Jiangsu Binhai Base
Upon reaching full production in 2024, Tianneng New Material's hydro processing capacity for black mass will exceed 70,000 tons, positioning it in the industry's top tier.
